Job Requirements
- preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety, and security procedures
- ability to manage and direct others
- passion for training and team development
- effective communication skills
- willingness to champion change

Job Duties

- partner with the general manager to ensure the restaurant is performing at its best

- implement training and development programs
- ensure safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
