Job Requirements
- Able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location
- Reach, bend, push and pull items for up to 10 hours each day
- Able to use fingers, hands, arms and shoulders repetitively for up to 6 hours each day
- Able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for multiple hours in length
- Must have a sense of balance, able to bend, kneel and lift items frequently weighing up to 35 pounds
Job Qualifications
- 4 years high volume, full service restaurant experience in a management position
- Warm, passionate, and committed to the industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, cool, and collected under pressure

Job Duties
- Provides direct support to the General Manager in all areas of responsibility and serves as acting GM in their absence
- Leads, develops, and motivates management and hourly team members to ensure excellence in execution and guest satisfaction
- Partners with the Executive Chef to oversee all food and beverage operations for the restaurant and FIREBAR®
- Ensures adherence to company policies, safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
- Assists in forecasting, budgeting, and controlling costs, including food, beverage, and labor
- Analyzes financial reports and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Provides direction and training to managers and team members by coaching, counseling, and giving performance feedback
