Job Requirements
- Previous experience in event planning or hospitality preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
Job Qualifications
- Previous hotel supervisory or management experience required Hampton Hilton experience a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of hotel operations brand standards and guest service best practices
- Experience with Hilton systems OnQ GRO etc preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations including front desk housekeeping breakfast and maintenance
- Lead train and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards policies and procedures
- Support hiring onboarding scheduling and performance management
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with financial responsibilities such as budgeting forecasting and cost control
- Maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff
- Step in to lead the property in the General Manager's absence
