Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in event planning or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hotel supervisory or management experience required Hampton Hilton experience a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of hotel operations brand standards and guest service best practices
  • Experience with Hilton systems OnQ GRO etc preferred
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations including front desk housekeeping breakfast and maintenance
  • Lead train and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards policies and procedures
  • Support hiring onboarding scheduling and performance management
  • Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist with financial responsibilities such as budgeting forecasting and cost control
  • Maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff
  • Step in to lead the property in the General Manager's absence
