Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Proven experience in managing financial aspects such as cash control, inventory, and labor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle employee relations and disciplinary actions
- Knowledge of health and food safety standards
- Willingness to work 50 hours per week including overtime

- Three plus years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Strong communication skills for conducting performance appraisals, discipline, motivation, and training
- Experience in recruitment and hiring processes
- Ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Understanding of Profit and Loss management including cash control, inventory, and labor management
- Knowledge of health, safety, and food safety standards
- Commitment to fostering equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace
Job Duties
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs
- Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence responsibilities, maintain high food safety standards, and uphold Core excellence
- Take charge of restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence
- Collaborate with the General Manager in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback
- Address employee relations issues, determine immediate resolutions, or escalate to the General Manager when necessary
- Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members
- Act like an owner by assisting with Profit and Loss management including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management
- Review financial reports and take appropriate actions to optimize performance
- Support the General Manager in facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed
