Job Requirements
- Min 1 year of quick service hospitality experience
- Flexibility to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays on rotating shifts
- Consent to background screening including criminal, driving and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess all documents required by state and federal law

Job Duties
- Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
- Understand the right way to do business and helps the team act accordingly
- Assist with building bench strength by developing successful Crew and Shift Supervisors
- Maintain a team atmosphere
- Provide direction, training, and expertise to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
- Oversee each shift to achieve business goals
- Solve problems and make decisions to maintain operational excellence
