Job Requirements

- One or more years experience leading, motivating, and/or developing others or US military service
- Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
- Strong customer service and support focus
- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
- Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and fellow team members

Job Duties
- Take action first by leading internal functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by effectively delegating tasks to team members and reporting back results
- Lead the experience by directly supporting the General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards in kitchen, people, and service areas
- Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items in the kitchen
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff is trained and organizing key service areas
- Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
