Job Requirements
- Two years of college or vocational training in hospitality or an equivalent program with a minimum of three years experience, including one year in a supervisory capacity
- Computer skills - word processing and spreadsheet functions
- Full time, full benefit package to include medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k) with match, voluntary benefits
- Background screening required, ability to work in United States

- Proven experience in hotel management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and shift supervision

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Provide training, including safety training and standard operation procedures to all department personnel as directed by management
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team
- Lead shift management activities, ensuring all staff are performing their duties effectively during peak hours
- Collaborate with the General Manager on budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership skills
