Job Requirements

  • Two years of college or vocational training in hospitality or an equivalent program with a minimum of three years experience, including one year in a supervisory capacity
  • Computer skills - word processing and spreadsheet functions
  • Full time, full benefit package to include medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k) with match, voluntary benefits
  • Background screening required, ability to work in United States

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction
  • Provide training, including safety training and standard operation procedures to all department personnel as directed by management
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team
  • Lead shift management activities, ensuring all staff are performing their duties effectively during peak hours
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership skills
