Job Requirements
- One year experience in restaurant management or shift leadership
- Passion for competition, sports, people, food, and fast-paced environments
- Ability to lead under pressure, stay organized, and bring the team together
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
- ServSafe Food or Alcohol certification preferred

Job Duties
- Lead the business, coach the team, and drive performance every guest, every meal, every time
- Set clear expectations, hold your team accountable, and lead with purpose and positivity
- Hire, train, and develop talent, building a championship team
- Run the playbook, including labor, inventory, scheduling, compliance, cleanliness, and guest experience
- Jump in where needed as this is a hands-on leadership role
- Solve problems, de-escalate issues, and lead by example
- Maintain composure and effective communication during high-pressure situations
