Job Duties
- assist general manager with training and development
- hire, train, motivate and develop new team members
- communicate with team members to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- oversee operational responsibilities with general manager including managing sales and minimizing costs
- improve performance and results by motivating team to meet and exceed goals
- supervise and lead castle team members providing guidance and direction
- ensure sanitation standards and food handling practices are compliant with company policies
- oversee food preparation and quality control
- resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction
- oversee operations for safety compliance
- increase profitability through marketing by utilizing provided materials
