Job Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of spirits craft cocktails beer and wine
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work approximately 45 hours per week on-site
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing outstanding guest service
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven leadership experience in an upscale casual or fine dining environment
- Strong working knowledge of spirits craft cocktails beer and a solid foundation in wine
- Confident hands-on leader who can develop motivate and support a hospitality-focused team
- Highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced service environment
- Genuine commitment to excellent guest experiences
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage the bar program including training inventory ordering and menu execution
- Partner closely with the General Manager to support daily operations service standards and financial goals
- Maintain strong floor presence with active guest engagement and team leadership
- Help uphold and evolve JaK's Grill service standards and brand expectations
- Collaborate with culinary and beverage leadership to refine menus and offerings
- Handle administrative responsibilities such as scheduling reporting and operational follow-up
