- Preferably three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- Ability to manage and direct the work of others
- Ability to champion change

Job Duties
- Manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
- Partner with the General Manager to ensure top restaurant performance
- Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement
- Champion team training and development
- Enforce compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
- Oversee daily operational tasks and drive continuous improvement
- Lead and inspire the team to create legendary guest experiences
