Job Requirements

  • knowledge of company operating systems and procedures

  • knowledge of supervisory practices
  • knowledge of crew orientation and training programs
  • knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
  • must attend crew interviewing workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • must be serve-safe certified

Job Qualifications

  • one year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak effectively before groups
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
  • ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables
  • ability to interpret verbal and written instructions

  • assist the general manager in managing operations and staff
  • execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • participate in achievement of store objectives
  • ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws
