Job Duties
- Take action first: lead employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented: delegate tasks to team members and report results
- Lead the experience: support General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing key service areas
- Partner with team to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
