Job Duties

  • Take action first: lead employee training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Be results oriented: delegate tasks to team members and report results
  • Lead the experience: support General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards
  • Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Deliver memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing key service areas
  • Partner with team to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
