Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years management experience in food service or entertainment operations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and communication skills
- familiarity with POS systems
- problem-solving skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties
- help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center's financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
- partner with General Manager to review and control labor costs and other expenses
- manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating with team
- recruit, train, and support center management and staff
- foster high morale and provide coaching for leadership development
- address center-level HR and loss prevention issues
- conduct regular management meetings to review performance and adjust plans
- review profit and loss statements weekly/monthly with General Manager
- achieve and maintain guest service goals ensuring customer complaints are resolved
- oversee and expand Food and Beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
- provide training to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives
- work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
