Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lead teams effectively
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures
- Assists the GM/F&B Multi Unit Manager in managing by supervising day-to-day activities of associates
- Interviews job candidates, makes hiring, termination, advancement, promotion or any other status change decisions for associates
- Reads and understands financial and operational data and reports to monitor progress towards unit goals
- Manages the day-to-day activities of associates within a defined individual or group of restaurants
- Ensures company and branch diversity and inclusion philosophy is understood and actively executed
- Uses judgment and discretion to resolve customer and associate questions and problems
- Ensures compliance with adult beverage policies
- Assigns work tasks and prepares schedules to ensure shifts are covered
- Actively ensures all associates take mandated rest breaks and meal periods
- Ensures display areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing
- Ensures all equipment is in good working order
- Operates cash register and voids transactions as needed while following cash handling policies
- Monitors compliance with wellness and safety procedures and reports safety concerns
- Understands and performs health and safety activities as specified in Manager's Guide
- Places orders, receives goods, and processes invoices
- Maintains current contact information for all associates
