Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or a similar role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to lead teams effectively
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures
  • Assists the GM/F&B Multi Unit Manager in managing by supervising day-to-day activities of associates
  • Interviews job candidates, makes hiring, termination, advancement, promotion or any other status change decisions for associates
  • Reads and understands financial and operational data and reports to monitor progress towards unit goals
  • Manages the day-to-day activities of associates within a defined individual or group of restaurants
  • Ensures company and branch diversity and inclusion philosophy is understood and actively executed
  • Uses judgment and discretion to resolve customer and associate questions and problems
  • Ensures compliance with adult beverage policies
  • Assigns work tasks and prepares schedules to ensure shifts are covered
  • Actively ensures all associates take mandated rest breaks and meal periods
  • Ensures display areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing
  • Ensures all equipment is in good working order
  • Operates cash register and voids transactions as needed while following cash handling policies
  • Monitors compliance with wellness and safety procedures and reports safety concerns
  • Understands and performs health and safety activities as specified in Manager's Guide
  • Places orders, receives goods, and processes invoices
  • Maintains current contact information for all associates
