Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Eligibility to work legally in the United States

Job Duties
- Utilize knowledge of positional skills to oversee daily operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Partner with the General Manager to cultivate an engaged and motivated team culture
- Manage staff performance and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Oversee inventory control and ensure quality standards are met
- Support recruitment and training of new team members
