Job Duties
- Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by delegating tasks and reporting results
- Lead the experience by supporting the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu items
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff are trained and key service areas are organized
- Partner with restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient operations
