Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures, and computer operations
  • ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • manage shift managers
  • supervise servers, bartenders, and service assistants
  • partner with general manager to ensure operational excellence
  • focus on guest-related metrics and engagement
  • uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • lead team training and development
  • maintain a positive and productive work environment
