Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong communication and organizational skills
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
