Job Requirements

  • One year certificate from college or technical school
  • Three to six months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups
  • Ability to perform mathematical operations including rate, ratio, and percent
  • Ability to solve practical problems
  • Must attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days
  • Must be Serve-Safe Certified

Job Qualifications

  • Serve-Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations
  • Execute company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • Participate in achieving store objectives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Support staff management and training
  • Monitor ethical business practices
  • Maintain operational efficiency
