Job Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- Three to six months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to perform mathematical operations including rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Must attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days
- Must be Serve-Safe Certified

- Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations
- Execute company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Participate in achieving store objectives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Support staff management and training
- Monitor ethical business practices
- Maintain operational efficiency
