Job Duties
- Assist General Manager with training and development
- Hire, train, motivate and develop new team members
- Communicate with team members to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Oversee operational responsibilities in conjunction with General Manager
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
- Improve performance and results of Castle by motivating team to focus on meeting and exceeding all goals and delivering the expected profit
- Supervise and lead castle team members by providing guidance and direction in conjunction with the General Manager
- Ensure all aspects of sanitation such as product preparation, stock rotation, food handling and general cleanliness are in compliance with operational standards and company policies
- Oversee food preparation and quality control
- Have a true passion for making customers happy by supervising operations and working with Crew Managers to resolve issues and take appropriate action to turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers
- In conjunction with the General Manager, oversee operations for adherence to safety standards and a safe work environment at all times
- Increase profitability through marketing by optimizing and using all materials provided by the Marketing Department
