Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage financial operations
- knowledge of OSHA/MSDS regulations
- understanding of I-9 and EEO hiring compliance
- ability to promote a culturally diverse workplace
- proficiency with scheduling and management tools
- ability to maintain professionalism with employees and guests
- availability to work full time
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supports operational and financial management of the property
- verifies brand standards are maintained across property departments
- manages property department operations
- promotes Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door policies
- ensures a viable key control program is in place
- maintains current licenses and permits
- provides safe working environment per OSHA/MSDS
- manages finance and accounting functions including accounts payable, payroll, and banking procedures
- reviews financial statements and performance data
- complies with corporate accounting procedures
- performs annual quality audits
- supports management and development of departmental teams
- remains approachable and professional to employees
- leads by example
- assists in scheduling management
- sets performance expectations
- coaches and counsels team supervisors
- solicits feedback for continuous improvement
- manages guest experience by extending professionalism and courtesy
- motivates staff to address guest and employee concerns
