Job Duties

  • take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
  • delegate tasks effectively and report results
  • support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards
  • supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu implementation
  • hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit objectives
  • deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring well-trained staff and managing key service areas
  • collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient operations
