Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- or 2-year degree from accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- good financial management abilities
- knowledge of osha and msds compliance
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work full time in north olmsted, ohio

Job Duties
- support all aspects of operation including guest and employee satisfaction
- assist general manager in development and implementation of property-wide strategies
- verify implementation of brand service strategy and initiatives
- build relationships with key customers and participate in sales process
- ensure compliance with brand standards across property departments
- manage financial functions including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, banking, and auditing
- maintain safe work environment compliant with OSHA and MSDS
- lead and develop departmental teams ensuring professionalism and effective scheduling
- provide coaching and counseling to supervisors
- address guest and employee concerns promptly
- verify thorough and timely orientation for new employees
- ensure hiring practices comply with legal and company standards
- perform other duties as assigned
