Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged
  • 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • or 2-year degree from accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • good financial management abilities
  • knowledge of osha and msds compliance
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work full time in north olmsted, ohio
  • commitment to providing excellent guest and employee service

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • support all aspects of operation including guest and employee satisfaction
  • assist general manager in development and implementation of property-wide strategies
  • verify implementation of brand service strategy and initiatives
  • build relationships with key customers and participate in sales process
  • ensure compliance with brand standards across property departments
  • manage financial functions including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, banking, and auditing
  • maintain safe work environment compliant with OSHA and MSDS
  • lead and develop departmental teams ensuring professionalism and effective scheduling
  • provide coaching and counseling to supervisors
  • address guest and employee concerns promptly
  • verify thorough and timely orientation for new employees
  • ensure hiring practices comply with legal and company standards
  • perform other duties as assigned
