Job Duties
- Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by delegating tasks and reporting results
- Lead the kitchen team by supervising food quality, safety, cost, and implementing new menu items
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing key service areas
- Partner with the team to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
- Support the General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards
