Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 15-20 lbs
- Must have working knowledge of computers
- Must agree to background and credit check
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must have a manager’s Food Safety Certificate
- Must have a flexible schedule to match GM scheduling guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with scheduling and labor forecasting
- Knowledge of inventory and ordering processes
- Ability to manage cash and financial transactions
- Manager’s Food Safety Certificate
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingualism a plus
Job Duties
- Lead shifts focusing on guest experience, control labor costs, minimize food waste, ensure recipe accuracy and speed of service, maintain cleanliness and productivity
- Write schedules balancing labor needs and guest service
- Coordinate training with Certified Trainers and assist in validation
- Assist with interviewing and hiring using structured questionnaires, provide candidate feedback
- Manage cash handling including deposits, drawer counts, petty cash during shifts
- Collaborate in inventory management and accurate ordering
- Monitor food, labor, and supply costs to maintain budget margins
