Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • or 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • 2 years relevant professional experience
  • ability to manage multiple property departments
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • compliance with OSHA/MSDS safety standards
  • knowledge of financial management and accounting procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in guest services or related areas
  • or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of relevant experience
  • experience in operational and financial management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of brand standards and corporate accounting procedures
  • ability to promote a positive guest and employee experience

Job Duties

  • Verifies that all brand standards are maintained in each area of the property
  • manages the operation of all property departments
  • promotes Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door policies
  • manages financial and accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and banking procedures
  • reviews financial statements and performance data to measure productivity and identify improvement areas
  • assists and coaches team managers on scheduling and performance expectations
  • motivates staff and addresses guest and employee concerns promptly
