Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- or 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years relevant professional experience
- ability to manage multiple property departments
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- compliance with OSHA/MSDS safety standards
- knowledge of financial management and accounting procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Verifies that all brand standards are maintained in each area of the property
- manages the operation of all property departments
- promotes Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door policies
- manages financial and accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and banking procedures
- reviews financial statements and performance data to measure productivity and identify improvement areas
- assists and coaches team managers on scheduling and performance expectations
- motivates staff and addresses guest and employee concerns promptly
