Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant general management experience
- Experience managing high volume, fast-paced restaurant operations
- Working knowledge of personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Knowledge of financial and budget management
- Minimum 3 years of profit and loss responsibilities
- Food handler certification preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications

- Food handler certification, preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours
