Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 18 years old
- previous management experience preferred
- strong communication skills

- previous general manager experience at high volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- leadership skills to manage a diverse team

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
- lead and support Department Managers to achieve their goals
- provide coaching and direction to Department Managers
- hire and develop Shift Managers
- improve departmental performance to enhance overall restaurant operations
- ensure staffing and scheduling meet restaurant needs
