Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferably 3 years of restaurant bar or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws health codes safe food handling sanitation responsible alcohol service safety and security systems and procedures
- ability to manage and direct work of others
- passion for training and developing team

Job Duties
- manage shift managers servers bartenders and service assistants
- partner with the general manager to ensure restaurant operates at peak efficiency
- focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement
- enforce labor laws health codes and safety procedures
- champion change and support team training and development
- oversee safe food handling and responsible alcohol service
- maintain safety and security systems and procedures
