Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year experience in leadership or military service
  • Commitment to workplace safety and excellence
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly

Job Duties

  • Take action first - lead employee training food safety and inventory management
  • Be results oriented - delegate tasks and report results
  • Lead the experience by supporting General Manager in kitchen people and service areas
  • Supervise food quality safety cost and new menu items
  • Hire train and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Deliver memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing key service areas
  • Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
