Job Requirements

- At least one year experience in leadership or military service

Job Duties
- Take action first - lead employee training food safety and inventory management
- Be results oriented - delegate tasks and report results
- Lead the experience by supporting General Manager in kitchen people and service areas
- Supervise food quality safety cost and new menu items
- Hire train and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing key service areas
- Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
