Job Requirements

- Passion for helping and serving others
- At least 1 year of experience leading, motivating, or developing others or US Military service
- Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace

- Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by effectively delegating tasks and reporting results
- Lead the experience by supporting the General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience through staff training and organizing key service areas
- Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
