Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of management experience in relevant fields
  • Knowledge of business math and accounting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage teams and foster development
  • Proficiency with POS systems
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Basic business math and accounting skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Help develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance
  • Partner with the General Manager to review and control labor costs and expenses
  • Manage day-to-day floor operations including scheduling and planning
  • Recruit, train, and support center management and staff
  • Foster high morale and provide developmental coaching
  • Address HR and loss prevention issues
  • Conduct regular performance meetings and review profit and loss statements
  • Ensure customer complaints are resolved and guest service goals are met
  • Oversee and expand food and beverage program
  • Provide training for consistent execution of corporate standards
  • Work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
