Job Duties

- execute operational excellence and General Manager directive in assigned unit
- act as manager on duty (MOD) ensuring product quality and restaurant cleanliness
- ensure D's Hospitality is displayed by all team members
- oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- motivate and lead team members to achieve service and quality goals
