Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to travel to California for training approximately 3 months
- 2+ years restaurant management experience in casual or upscale casual dining
- strong financial acumen
- high level understanding of full service dining operations
- sitting - minimal
- standing - up to 3 hours
- lifting - up to 50lbs
- temperature - ranges from refrigeration to hot line areas
- applicant must be 18 years or older
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Hospitality, or related field
Job Duties
- Validate front-of-house schedules and ensure compliance with labor standards
- submit people transactions including promotions and demotions
- coach and document corrective actions and performance development for managers and hourly staff
- lead training and development of Service Managers
- conduct interviews and make final hiring decisions for non-exempt back-of-house staff
- assist in hiring for managerial roles
- ensure completion and accuracy of operational tasks and guest service standards
- communicate brand standards, promotions, and operational changes to all front-of-house staff
- collaborate with Bar Manager to maintain consistent messaging
- develop staffing plans and succession strategies with General Manager
- implement strategies to improve guest metrics and operational KPIs
- lead operational meetings and support manager development
- train and coach front-of-house team for service excellence and food safety compliance
- review guest feedback and develop corrective action plans
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of front-of-house areas
- ensure all front-of-house employees are trained and certified in service and safety procedures
