Job Requirements
- high school degree or equivalent
- minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
- availability to work up to 45-50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
- ability to drive and manage workplace change
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software
- comfortable working in front of house and back of house roles
- valid driver’s license and current insurance including comprehensive and collision coverage
- ability to transport a pet in an emergency
- preferred experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary management, or hospitality
- bilingual skills a plus
Job Qualifications

- bachelor’s degree equivalent education and experience preferred

Job Duties
- understands and communicates the companys mission, values, and objectives
- assists the general manager in providing leadership and communication for financial management, customer service, pet care, and team management
- assists in developing and implementing sales strategies and lead conversion tactics
- helps create plans to achieve resort objectives including sales revenue, labor, cost of goods sold, and expense management
- communicates concerns and needs to general manager and regional leaders
- maintains operational excellence and compliance
- recognizes and rewards outstanding team performance
- demonstrates exceptional leadership behaviors
- implements the data-driven resort plan to meet financial targets
- analyzes financial data and KPIs to optimize performance
- develops shift leads understanding of financial reports
- executes corporate and local marketing plans
- engages and educates the community on company offerings
- cultivates relationships with local businesses and referral sources
- uses digital marketing channels to generate and nurture leads
- manages team selection, development, and onboarding
- oversees training programs and ensures staff empowerment
- coaches and manages team performance including corrective actions
- recruits and maintains a pipeline of qualified team members
- fosters positive team engagement and retention
- ensures excellent customer service and metrics
- manages staffing and shift coverage
- resolves service issues to ensure customer satisfaction
