Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
  • ability to manage and direct work of others
  • passion for training and developing teams
  • strong communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • passion for training and developing team members
  • ability to champion change and manage work of others
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
  • partner with the general manager to ensure the restaurant operates at peak performance
  • focus on guest-related metrics and enhance guest engagement
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety protocols
  • champion change and foster team development
  • oversee food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • address operational challenges and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
