Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably three years of management experience in a restaurant, bar, or kitchen setting
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • passion for training and developing team members

  • ensure restaurant meets operational standards and guest satisfaction goals

  • partner with general manager to oversee daily operations
  • lead and develop restaurant staff
  • maintain compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
  • champion change and promote continuous improvement
