Job Requirements
- high school degree or equivalent
- minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
- availability to work up to 45-50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
- ability to drive and manage workplace change
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software
- comfortable working front and back of house
- valid driver’s license with current insurance including comprehensive and collision coverage
- willingness to transport pets in emergencies
- restaurant, retail, veterinary, or hospitality management experience preferred
- bilingual skills a plus

Job Duties
- understand and communicate company mission, values, and objectives
- assist the GM in leadership and communication across financial management, customer service, pet care, and team management
- develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- create plans to achieve sales revenue, labor, cost, and expense targets
- maintain operational excellence and compliance
- recognize and reward team performance
- analyze financial data and KPIs for business optimization
- develop shift leads' financial understanding
- execute corporate and local marketing plans
- engage and educate the community and build relationships for lead generation
- manage onboarding and training of team members and shift leads
- coach and counsel staff to uphold company standards
- recruit and maintain a qualified team pipeline
- foster a culture of engagement and retention
- strive for excellent customer service metrics
- ensure adequate shift coverage and adherence to labor guidelines
- train management teams on service issue resolution
- promote sales and brand awareness
- adhere to company policies and OSHA standards
- maintain resort cleanliness, maintenance, and inventory
- lead shifts as manager on duty
- ensure effective communication during shift operations
