Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in hotel operations
- food and beverage experience highly desired
- strong communication skills
- problem-solving skills
- interpersonal skills
- proficiency with computers and reservation/property management systems
- ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- may require drivers license and insurability to operate company vehicles
- bilingual skills a plus

Job Duties
- Lead and role model expected behaviors while responding urgently to guest needs
- assist with the development of departmental budgets and manage expenses
- ensure compliance with brand standards
- complete timely onboarding and safety training for new hires
- monitor guest satisfaction scores and address concerns
- maintain appropriate departmental supplies
- ensure property cleanliness and maintenance through inspections
- conduct consistent inspections and maintain logs
- utilize and maintain computer systems and train employees
- train and develop employees for promotions
- ensure security measures for staff and guests are followed
- accurately record and report employee time and pay data
- work all shifts and cover staffing shortages
- perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
