Job Requirements

  • preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
  • partner with the general manager to oversee restaurant operations
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices
  • focus on guest engagement and guest-related metrics
  • lead and develop restaurant team through training and mentorship
  • support the achievement of sales and service goals
  • maintain safety and security procedures
