Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • basic understanding of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures
  • ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team
  • computer proficiency
  • flexible to work various shifts including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety, and security procedures
  • ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • passion for training and developing teams
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
  • ensure the restaurant is performing at its best operationally
  • focus on guest-related metrics and engagement
  • partner with the general manager in daily operations
  • train and develop team members
  • uphold labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
  • champion change and lead by example
