Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferably three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- basic understanding of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures
- ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team
- computer proficiency
- flexible to work various shifts including nights and weekends
