Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel or food and beverage management
- Ability to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with computer systems for data analysis
- Understanding of EEO and Title VII regulations

- Ability to perform physical tasks related to the job

- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of front desk and food and beverage operations

Job Duties
- Hire, train, supervise and schedule front desk and food and beverage staff
- Maintain procedures for periodic appraisal of all personnel
- Purchase all food and beverage items and ensure availability
- Assist General Manager in reviewing work schedules and assigning management on duty
- Act as General Manager during their absence and supervise entire hotel staff
- Monitor and maintain control of supplies, keys, monies and credit
- Meet all budgetary, cost and financial objectives for the department
