Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel or food and beverage management
  • Ability to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency with computer systems for data analysis
  • Understanding of EEO and Title VII regulations
  • Commitment to maintaining brand standards
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to the job

  • Experience in hotel management or related hospitality field
  • Leadership and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of front desk and food and beverage operations
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational data

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, supervise and schedule front desk and food and beverage staff
  • Maintain procedures for periodic appraisal of all personnel
  • Purchase all food and beverage items and ensure availability
  • Assist General Manager in reviewing work schedules and assigning management on duty
  • Act as General Manager during their absence and supervise entire hotel staff
  • Monitor and maintain control of supplies, keys, monies and credit
  • Meet all budgetary, cost and financial objectives for the department
