Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
- Minimum of two years hotel experience preferred
- Prior experience in a similar assistant managerial role highly valued
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments and coordinate teams effectively
- Proficiency in English with strong reading and writing capabilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving and guest service excellence
Job Duties
- Support the General Manager in leading hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Oversee daily staff operations across various departments
- Assist in managing the hotel budget and financial planning
- Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Foster a service culture aligned with HVMG’s standards of excellence
- Collaborate with team members to drive operational improvements
- Report regularly to the General Manager on performance and challenges
