Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years management experience in restaurant or eatertainment industry
- Proven ability to manage financial duties and analyze profit and loss
- Basic knowledge of legal, labor, and health regulations in hospitality
- Competency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in kitchen environments with exposure to heat, steam, and noise
- Must be able to walk stairs multiple times during a shift
- Capable of operating POS touchscreen devices
Job Qualifications
- Successful track record managing high-volume, multi-faceted, fast-paced operations
- At least 3 years of management experience in restaurant or eatertainment industry in a similar role
- Solid experience managing financial and profit and loss responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of legal and human resources issues relevant to hospitality including liquor, labor, and health codes
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Demonstrated knowledge and execution of current operating standards
- Strong communication skills with clear and concise writing and verbal abilities
- Passion for hospitality and creating a joyful work environment
Job Duties
- Partner with general manager on profit and loss analysis and identify opportunities to maximize efficiency
- Oversee and ensure proper cash handling procedures including safe counts, petty cash, and bank drops
- Uphold high-quality standards of the facility and equipment
- Manage smooth and efficient daily operations under general manager with focus on long-term growth and strategic guidance
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience combining food, drinks, and entertainment
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
- Lead, mentor, and develop salaried managers and build a strong team environment
- Develop and grow team to enhance engagement, retention, and succession planning
- Foster a community-oriented team that ensures exceptional guest service and high performance
- Select and develop certified trainers for internal promotion within management program
