Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred
- Must be able to stand or remain stationary for long periods
- Ability to lift and transport supplies up to 25 pounds
- Ability to operate computers and office equipment
- Proficiency in English reading, writing, and communication
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work varied schedules including nights and weekends
- Ability to handle stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be detail-oriented and meet deadlines
- Must be able to follow company guidelines and procedures
- Must possess good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Must have basic financial skills and understanding
- Proficient with Windows operating systems and office software

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily and use their names when possible to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain sparkling clean workspaces including guest rooms and public areas
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Provide one-on-one training to new team members on service and cleanliness expectations
- Supervise shift operations ensuring all guest needs are met
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to verify cleanliness and safety
- Assist in inventory counts and manage purchase order and invoice processes
- Support General Manager with time clock oversight and shift handover reports
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and conduct quality assurance self-audits
- Foster a positive team environment with clear communication and collaboration
- Cover open department head positions as necessary
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes with friendly supervision
