Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
  • partner with the general manager to optimize restaurant performance
  • oversee guest-related metrics and guest engagement
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety protocols
  • champion change and support continuous team training and development
  • maintain high standards of food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • direct daily operations and resolve issues promptly
