Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant supervisory role
  • proficiency in managing staff and operations
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • reliable and proactive work ethic
  • good problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • exhibit Captain D's Values to guests and team members
  • execute operational excellence and General Manager directives in assigned unit
  • act as manager on duty (MOD) ensuring product quality and restaurant cleanliness
  • ensure all team members display Captain D's Hospitality
  • manage team performance and foster a positive work environment
  • train and mentor staff
  • maintain high standards of customer service and operational procedures
