Job Duties

  • Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Be results oriented by delegating tasks and reporting outcomes
  • Lead the restaurant experience by supporting the General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards
  • Supervise kitchen operations focusing on food quality, safety, costs, and new menu items
  • Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing service areas
  • Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
