Job Duties
- Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by delegating tasks and reporting outcomes
- Lead the restaurant experience by supporting the General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen operations focusing on food quality, safety, costs, and new menu items
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing service areas
- Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
