Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of company’s policies and procedures related to job responsibilities
  • Knowledge of supervisory practices
  • Knowledge of crew orientation and training programs
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
  • Ability to attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • Must be Serve-Safe Certified

Job Qualifications

  • One year certificate from college or technical school
  • Three to six months related experience and or training
  • Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and interpret data
  • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions

Job Duties

  • Assist General Manager in managing operations and staff
  • Execute company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • Participate in achieving store objectives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical practices
  • Supervise crew orientation and training
  • Handle inventory management and cash handling
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
