Job Requirements
- Knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
- Knowledge of company’s policies and procedures related to job responsibilities
- Knowledge of supervisory practices
- Knowledge of crew orientation and training programs
- Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
- Ability to attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- Must be Serve-Safe Certified
Job Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- Three to six months related experience and or training
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and interpret data
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
Job Duties
- Assist General Manager in managing operations and staff
- Execute company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Participate in achieving store objectives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical practices
- Supervise crew orientation and training
- Handle inventory management and cash handling
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
